In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "288wi" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 288wi online gaming platform accessible at 288wi.org, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 288wi platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on 288wi.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, slot, or other betting product available on 288wi.

Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 288wi's sole discretion after review.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create a 288wi account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must not use false identities, another person's details, or fictitious information during registration.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active 288wi account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 288wi uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances reviewed for potential forfeiture.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

288wi primarily serves Pakistani residents. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering. 288wi does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where the platform is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Players are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under their 288wi account. This responsibility includes maintaining the security of login credentials, ensuring that account details remain accurate and up to date, and notifying 288wi immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

• You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to use your 288wi account to place bets or access funds.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and losses incurred from your account, whether or not placed by you personally.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly contact information and payment method details.
• 288wi will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were not maintained.

288wi recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available via all major Pakistani mobile networks. This provides an additional layer of security and reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all 288wi players before any withdrawal is processed. 288wi reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the player relationship, including during initial registration.

5.1 Required Documents

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), Pakistani Passport, or other government-issued photo ID acceptable to 288wi.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Pakistan.

5.2 Verification Timelines

288wi will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 48 to 72 hours of receiving complete, legible documentation. During this period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will remain on hold. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documents are required.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits on 288wi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Deposits are credited instantly for mobile wallet methods and within one to two business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective institution.

288wi does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 288wi bears no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified payment methods that match the name on the 288wi account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval during normal business hours.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

288wi reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts. This may extend processing times and players will be notified accordingly.

6.3 Unspent Balances

Real-money balances that have not been used for wagering for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee, as set out in the Inactive Account Policy within your account settings. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

288wi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. The following general conditions apply to all 288wi bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full using qualifying real-money wagers.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 288wi account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• 288wi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted the bonus will retain it under the terms existing at the time of acceptance.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, 288wi reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus before processing the withdrawal.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

All sports bets placed on 288wi — including cricket, golf, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to 288wi's discretion. 288wi reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager where it reasonably believes that the bet has been placed using inside information, through the exploitation of a pricing error, or in a manner that constitutes fraudulent activity.

8.2 Odds and Pricing

Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked. If a technical error results in grossly incorrect odds being offered, 288wi reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake in full.

8.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation without a result being declared, abandonment of a sporting event before a result can be determined, or clear evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded as real-money credit to the account balance.

8.4 PSL and Pakistan Cricket Markets

For PSL and Pakistan national cricket team markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official results for the purposes of bet settlement on rain-affected matches.

All casino games and slot titles available on the 288wi platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, 288wi's servers record the state of each game round. Any interrupted round will be resolved based on the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. 288wi will not be liable for losses arising from player-side internet connectivity issues.

Progressive jackpot winnings and any casino game result displaying an error message are subject to review before payment is made. 288wi reserves the right to withhold payment on game results that are clearly the product of a technical malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed on screen.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wi platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that places bets without direct human interaction.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting with other players (collusion) to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus value.
• Arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit 288wi pricing against other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the 288wi platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using or attempting to use payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

288wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the direct request of the account holder.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. 288wi will communicate the reasons for account closure to the player via their registered email address where it is legally permissible to do so.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 288wi account may do so by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to the extent that KYC requirements are met. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure regardless of wagering progress.

12.1 Self-Exclusion

Players may request a self-exclusion period at any time via their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be permitted. 288wi will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are also suspended during self-exclusion periods.

12.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. 12.3 Session Reminders

Players may set session time reminders that will notify them after a defined period of continuous gaming activity. 288wi recommends using session reminders as a standard practice to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.

All content on the 288wi platform — including but not limited to the 288wi brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 288wi or its licensed content providers. No part of the 288wi platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 288wi.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 288wi platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping of odds data, or use of 288wi content on any third-party platform or publication.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical failures.

288wi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288wi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 288wi will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where operationally feasible.

288wi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 288wi will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at 288wi.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the 288wi platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 288wi's operating licence jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a player and 288wi arising from or related to these Terms or any aspect of platform use, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 288wi support team.

16.1 Complaints Procedure

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must do so in writing by contacting 288wi support at the email address listed in Section 17. 288wi will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex complaints may take longer, and the player will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body as designated under 288wi's operating licence.
